Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of an enterprise platform across multiple business units. This role is responsible for managing Software Lifecycle (SLC) change processes, testing, and documentation to ensure the platform operates in a safe, compliant, and reliable manner. You will partner closely with the enterprise product owner and cross-functional business teams to support scalable customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own SLC change intake and delivery across Data, Standard, and Maintenance requests, including approvals, testing, release, and documentation
+ Manage user provisioning and support quarterly access recertification processes
+ Support and manage the purchase order (PO) process
+ Develop and execute test plans for new features, channels, and platform functionality
+ Maintain and update SLC documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
