The Operations Solution Analyst/Coordinator role is crucial to the success of MRI’s Professional Services (PS) organisation. As part of our Operations team, this role sits across multiple functional areas including:

- Training Solutions Management
- Business Operations Management
It is a highly visible and integral role that underpins the effective running of Professional Services. The position works closely with cross-functional teams, including internal departments, senior leadership, project managers and consultants, to ensure smooth and efficient operational delivery.
