We would like to present you with an exciting opportunity forĀ anĀ Operations Administrator to join our friendly team in Bardon on a full time permanent basis.

Salary:Ā Ā£29,000 - Ā£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.Ā 

As anĀ Operations Administrator you will workĀ closely with the Site General Manager at Bardon, the Operations Administrator role is to report the siteā€™s daily performance, weekly site results and be the first point of contact for all invoicing queries.

Key Duties of anĀ Operations Administrator:

  • Work closely with GM and CAM to report sites daily performance.
  • CollateĀ and reportĀ all invoicing data to IPS accounts.
  • ValidateĀ weekly supplierā€™s charges and raiseĀ POs.
  • Ensure that all reports show accurate and up to date information.
  • Be the primary contact for customers for all financial queries.
