Our client is a leading importer, manufacturer, and distributor of dates, dried fruits, nuts, and related food products in Malaysia.

Operations & Administration (70%)

• Oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the company to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate with department heads to monitor operational performance and achieve departmental KPIs.
• Ensure company facilities, security systems (CCTV, alarm, access control), office administration and maintenance are properly managed.
• Liaise with external vendors, government authorities and service providers on operational and compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, Employment Act, HACCP and GMP requirements.
• Monitor company assets, petty cash, logistics GPS monitoring and general administrative activities.
