Operations Accountant (Calgary)

Reporting to the Settlement Manager, the Operations Accountant will be responsible for invoice processing and investigations for a variety of revenue and expenses, including product buy and sell, freight, fleet, brokerage and related costs and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Review settlement lines, process invoices, investigate mismatches and reconcile statements.
• Maintain accurate data in multiple systems and report on and analyze data.
• Participate in automation projects and review vendor relationships and billing requirements.
• Ensure vendor communication is handled promptly, accurately and respectfully.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Trade, Credit, Masterdata, Contracts and other departments.
• Act as a change champion with a positive attitude for process reviews.
