Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join the Group Tax team as our Operational Transfer Pricing Manager. This is a hands‑on role focused on accurately applying the Group's transfer pricing policies to IFS's financial data – including owning the TP calculation templates and ensuring the methodology is applied accurately and consistently. While the Transfer Pricing Director retains end-to-end ownership and reviews outputs at a director level, the OTP Manager is expected to be the person who truly understands the underlying accounting – the person the TP Director relies on to ensure the numbers are right before they are reviewed, and to flag proactively where business or accounting changes may affect the calculations.
