Job Description
The Role
As part of our Operations Support Team, you will play a key role in ensuring maintenance tasks are efficiently managed from start to finish. This includes programming tasks to engineers, monitoring progress, reporting on outcomes, and ensuring all works are completed in line with contractual delivery timescales, internal processes, and Health & Safety requirements. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the Response Manager and contribute to the smooth running of the contract.
Salary Up to £29,469.33k depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and allocate tasks to engineers in line with contract timeframes.
* Track and report on job progress to ensure timely and compliant completion.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and property occupants.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Support the Response Manager with ad hoc administrative duties.
