Operational Manager, OTC Solutions
We invite you to join our team as an Operational Manager specializing in OTC solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with OTC desks and trading platforms
- Understanding of AML/KYC/KYB/KYT
- Understanding of the regulatory environment
- Experience working with external partners (liquidity providers, FX/crypto brokers, OTC providers)
- Strong analytical and management skills
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong sales-oriented background
Responsibilities
- Align and coordinate with teams
- Monitor the execution of business tasks assigned to the teams
- Analyze performance indicators and prepare reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new solutions in the OTC market
