Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day operations of technical works projects and maintenance activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage MEP maintenance, fit‑out, renovation, and general technical works operations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor workforce productivity, resource allocation, and operational performance.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, and performance analyses for management.
- Manage procurement requirements and ensure the availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
