Description We are looking for an Operational FP & A specialist to support financial planning, close activities, and performance reporting for manufacturing operations in Louisville, Kentucky. This position partners closely with plant leadership across multiple facilities to provide financial insight where there is limited on-site accounting support. The role blends accounting fundamentals with operational analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and helping leaders make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly close support by preparing journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and other accounting activities tied to plant operations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and recurring financial reports that help leadership track performance and plan effectively.
