We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Consulting practice, with a strong focus on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of consulting experience within metals, mining, power, or heavy industry sectors, with a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation programs leveraging frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Design and implement operational excellence strategies to improve process efficiency.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, variability, and defects.
- Coach and mentor client teams on Lean, TQM, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.
