As a part of this transformation, Honeywell Finance is standing up a Global Business Service (GBS) organization that will span multiple geographies and eventually be responsible for end-to-end finance delivery activities R2R, P2P, and business finance including commercial, ISC, BAP etc

Role Summary 

The CI Specialist supports execution of improvement programs within GBS Finance by applying structured problem-solving and Lean/Six Sigma tools. The role focuses on delivering measurable improvements at process level and supporting transformation initiatives along with CI Lead. 

Role-Level Expectations 

Deliver assigned improvement initiatives within defined scope and timelines 

Apply standard CI tools and methodologies effectively in project execution 

Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
