Full time Business Operations Specialists

Supports deployment of The Maersk Way (TMW) and Operational Excellence initiatives by assisting with process documentation, data analysis, improvement workshops, and follow-up on agreed actions. This is a junior role designed for a university intern or recent graduate who is developing practical experience in continuous improvement, logistics, operations, and business transformation.
The role works under the guidance of Operational Excellence team members to learn structured problem solving, support implementation activities, and contribute to improvements in efficiency, quality, process stability, and customer outcomes.

Support deployment and adoption of TMW tools, standards, and methodologies by preparing materials, tracking actions, and helping teams follow agreed ways of working.
