Role Summary:

Drive operational excellence across multiple API manufacturing sites by leading continuous improvement, standardization, and cost optimization initiatives. The role involves frequent travel to plant locations to implement Lean Six Sigma practices, enhance productivity, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM initiatives across API plants.


• Drive process optimization in reaction, distillation, crystallization, drying, and solvent recovery.


• Standardize best practices across sites and ensure consistent performance.


• Monitor and improve KPIs (OEE, yield, cycle time, cost, deviations).


• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and strengthen CAPA effectiveness.
