The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are properly scheduled, documented, and compliant with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
  • Support the Operations Delivery Lead with PPM programme delivery.
  • Assist with technical compliance processes including recording, tracking, and ensuring completion of remedial actions.
  • Support the Asset Manager with maintaining Asset Registers
  • Assist with compliance documentation and ensure records are accurately maintained.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders including WPSM, GPA Helpdesk, KAN, ISS Helpdesk, site teams and subcontractors.
  • Support communication workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
