We’re seeking a detail-oriented Operational Data & Contract Control Coordinator to maintain accurate operational records and ensure agreements, trackers, and documentation remain current, organized, and Finance-ready.

In this role, you'll track operational changes, maintain data across ClickUp, Drive, and other systems, coordinate documentation across departments, and ensure records are complete, accurate, and easy to access. You'll play a critical role in supporting Operations, Finance, and Leadership by providing reliable data and documentation that enables informed decision-making.
