Job Responsibility
β’ Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.β’ Utilize office management software such as MS Excel and MS Word effectively.
β’ Maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
β’ Communicate clearly and professionally, including making occasional phone calls to clients.
β’ Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ Perform complex administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Job Qualification
β’ Bachelorβs degree in any related field.
β’ 3-5 years in office management or similar roles.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
β’ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
β’ Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
β’ Ability to work effectively under pressure.
