We are looking for a talented PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR FOR 3STSHIFT to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our COMPONENTS BUSINESS SEGMENT in CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MÉXICO.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Supervise the daily activities of production teams
• Monitoring Safety, Quality and Production Efficiency KPI's and presenting them to Staff and Global Leaders
• Multidisciplinary work team

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Supervisor in Automotive Industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• Basic English Level
• Personnel Management experience
