Working Hours
This role is required to report for work during the Company's shift working hours, which are five consecutive working days excluding public holidays every seven natural days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., or 5 p.m. to 2 a.m., with an hour’s break for meal.
Responsibilities- Responsible for processing user reservation-related data and promptly addressing and resolving various data issues;
- Monitor and analyze daily operational data and statistics, assist superiors in problem-solving, and regularly propose optimization plans;
- Perform domain-related data checks, processing, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity;
- Resolve after‑sales issues, including domain back‑end operations and customer service‑related problems;
