About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of payment operations across multiple payment channels and markets. The role is responsible for ensuring payment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Processing
- Execute daily payment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of domestic and cross-border payment transactions.
- Monitor payment queues and operational dashboards to identify processing issues or transaction exceptions.
- Investigate and resolve failed payments, rejected transactions, and operational discrepancies within established service levels.
