Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and supervise the daily tasks, attendance, and performance of sailboat crews and property caretakers.
-Consolidate daily operational logs, incident reports, and staff updates into clear, concise daily reports for HR and Stakeholders.
-Conduct regular inspections of properties and sailboats to ensure strict compliance with safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Assist stakeholders with ad-hoc administrative tasks, inventory management, and coordinating maintenance schedules.
-Act as the first line of defense for on-site issues, resolving conflicts or operational bottlenecks efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
-At least 1 years of experience in Operations Management
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism, or equivalent.
