Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operation and activity for Dishwashing/cleaning department
- Liase with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects
- Liase with HR Department for manpower planning and if required conduct interview
- Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPIs
- Act as a communication conduct between management and staff
- Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees
- Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Any other duties assigned by directors
- Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily
- Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
