Operation Executive (drop shipment, L/C, import)

Our client is a leading chemical provider. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Operation Executive to support and strengthen their operations team. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end APAC drop shipment and import order processing, ensuring timely order fulfilment, invoicing, and sales recognition.
• Coordinate with regional planners, warehouses, freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents, and customers to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading, insurance, import/export documents, and customs clearance requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, inventory movements, GRN processing, OTIF performance, and cost efficiency while minimizing demurrage, storage, and transportation expenses.
