Job Description
- Support the Energy Manager in managing day-to-day energy-related matters
- Analyse, design, and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costacross facilities
- Analyse utility reading, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for energy savings
- Develop energy management plans and prepare energy reports
- Ensure engineering practices comply with environmental laws, safety regulations, and SingaporeStandards
- Drive operational effectiveness by regularly reviewing SOPs, work processes, and systemtechnologies
- Plan and manage Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
- Manage AHU/FCU/Chiller PPM and corrective works to technicians and/or subcontractors
- Coordinate maintenance activities to align with users requirement
- Ensure manpower, tools, materials, permits, and access approvals are in place prior to execution
