Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with product and cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintain and update internal documentation and operational records.
Support daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in improving internal processes and customer service efficiency when needed.
Requirements / Skills & Experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service or administrative experience is an added advantage.
