The Operating Engineer / Stationary Engineer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems, mechanical equipment, and facility infrastructure. This role supports daily facility operations by ensuring equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and monitor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, generator, and overall building systems to ensure reliable performance.
+ Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment to reduce unexpected failures and extend asset life.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions on mechanical systems, ATS systems, pumps, motors, and related facility equipment to minimize downtime.
