Location: South America, or Asia - passport required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of process of handling and monitoring invoice exceptions
- Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology and training the system to recognize key fields on the invoice
- Knowledge of local legal invoicing requirements (mandatory fields, archiving requirements, invoice submission requirements)
- Experience designing and implementing a vendor invoice management solution, preferably Open Text
- Knowledge of local tax requirements
- Experience designing and implementing invoice status portals
- Understanding of various invoice interfaces (i.e., freight) and interface to Ariba for the Supplier invoice status portal
- Knowledge and experience of SAP FI module and AP process
