OOHC Therapeutic Support Contact Worker

Casual/Holiday Counselors, Social Workers, and Other Community and Social Service Specialists

This role requires flexible working hours across Monday to Saturday between 7:00am and 6:00pm, including weekends and holiday periods.

Minimum availability requirements:

• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
• Must have a minimum of 20 hours availability per week within Monday to Saturday, 7:00am – 6:00pm

In this role you will:

• Arrange, support, and supervise contact between children and young people and their birth families.
• Transport children and young people and their carers to appointments
• Support delivery of groups, including carer support groups and activity groups for children and young people
• Ensure all records/case notes are accurate and maintained in line with service, legislative, and Office of the Children’s Guardian (OCG) requirements, including the electronic casework...
