Job Description
**MAIN DUTIES**
β’ Design and deliver training and coaching programs to enhance the capabilities of the OOH sales team across all levels.
β’ Build strong commercial acumen through coaching on product applications, customer and operator insights, and effective selling techniques.
β’ Develop and implement capability-building initiatives covering foundational, intermediate, and advanced sales skills.
β’ Partner closely with sales leaders to identify capability gaps and drive continuous performance improvement.
β’ Lead the development and deployment of Sales Fundamentals tailored to the OOH and NP businesses.
β’ Drive Route-to-Market (RTM) excellence by identifying opportunities to improve coverage, execution efficiency, and customer engagement.
β’ Establish best practices, training frameworks, and tools to strengthen sales effectiveness and support sustainable business growth.
