Job Description
As an IT Onsite Support, you will play a key role in supporting both store operations and corporate services. Acting as a first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will help ensure the smooth functioning of business-critical systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to stores and central services, primarily remotely and occasionally on-site.
- Monitor the performance and availability of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and coordinate issue resolution with internal or external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate ticket logging, tracking, and follow-up through the company's service desk platform.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of POS and ERP-related functionalities.
