Job Description
Nouryon is seeking a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager to lead maintenance operations at our Los Reyes facility. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, driving reliability and continuous improvement across the plant.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, over 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. The role is full-time, fully on-site, requiring 5 days per week presence at the Los Reyes plant.
