Job Description
Vivant in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Level 1 Network & VoIP Support Engineer to join our on-site team. You will be the first line of defense for networking, VoIP, and managed connectivity issues, owning tickets end-to-end in a real MSP/NOC environment.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year in technical support, strong English, and a hands-on mindset. You will work US Central time hours, coordinate field technicians, and contribute to rapid, clear customer updates while meeting SLAs.
