Job Description
TaskUs is seeking an IT Help Desk professional for our Imus, Cavite office. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, chat, and tickets, with emphasis on high-quality customer service and adherence to SLAs.
Fresh graduates may apply; 1+ year Helpdesk or call center experience is preferred. The position is 100% onsite with shifting schedules, and ITSM tools experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent is required.
