Job Description
REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. seeks an Onsite Deskside Support/Service Engineer to provide on-site IT support for incidents, problem resolution, and project implementations. You will address issues that cannot be resolved remotely and collaborate with global support teams to align IT with business needs.
The role requires 3–5 years of experience, local to Campeche, and a Full-Time schedule. ITIL knowledge is preferred and familiarity with ServiceNow and system imaging is a plus.
