- Prepare and perform live hand-pulled noodle (La Mian) demonstrations at the noodle station.
- Make fresh noodles by hand according to required texture, thickness, and portion standards.
- Ensure sufficient noodle preparation to support daily service needs.
- Work closely with the kitchen team on noodle preparation, broth, toppings, and dish assembly.
- Prepare different noodle styles based on menu requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the work station.
