About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Management Support Coordinator to support operational and inventory activities across Production, Quality Control (QC), and Facilities functions at our client's site in Nijmegen.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inventory replenishment, material ordering, warehouse interactions, stock management, material movement, vendor coordination, and operational support activities that are critical to the smooth running of the facility. Working within a scientific and regulated environment, you will ensure materials, consumables, and supplies are available when needed while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting operational continuity.
