Job Description
Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries through Email. Prepare and send quotations to customers. Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders. Maintain customer records and update order details. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch. Provide excellent customer support and build long-term customer relationships. Ensure timely responses to all enquiries. Requirements Excellent written English communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Gmail. Strong follow-up and customer handling skills. Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously. Sales or customer support experience will be preferred. Experience with international customers will be an added advantage.
