The Online Program Lead will own the end-to-end execution and success of the IBM Skilling Initiative. The role involves driving student outreach, engagement, team performance, stakeholder coordination, volunteer engagement, and overall program outcomes while ensuring all program KPIs are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall planning, execution, and success of the online skilling program.
• Own and drive all program KPIs, monitor progress, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day program operations, documentation, and timely execution of all activities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve program quality, learner experience, and operational efficiency.
