This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic leadership—optimizing conversion, driving campaign activation, improving operational excellence, and contributing to Philips’ long‑term agentic commerce and generative search readiness.

The ideal candidate brings digital commerce experience, thrives in a fast‑moving environment, and is equally comfortable managing product setup as they are proposing the next evolution of Philips’ D2C ecosystem.
