Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Service Representative to support Online Banking users. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience via phone and email.
Schedule

+ Required: 4 weekdays + Saturday (every week, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

+ Assigned shift options:

+ 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

+ 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

+ 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM


+ Some flexibility may be available after training

Key Responsibilities

+ Deliver exceptional customer service to online banking users via phone and email

+ Accurately address and resolve customer questions, concerns, and technical issues

+ Support inbound call volume within the Customer Service Center

+ Respond to internal and external inquiries with strong written communication skills
