Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco. This role operates in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service, stocking shelves, processing payments, and maintaining the store’s appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride, providing great natural service.
• Encourage customers to give feedback on their shopping trip through the 'have your say' survey.
• Work across all areas of the store – online, tills, replenishment, vending and stock routines – to meet customer needs.
• Implement training to work safely.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Have knowledge of store performance and contribute to profitability.
