We re seeking an engaging and experienced Onboarding Trainer to join a dynamic Learning & Development team within a leading industrial organization in the UAE.
In this role you ll lead the delivery of the organization s employee onboarding program creating a welcoming and engaging experience for new hires while helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. Beyond facilitation you ll partner with stakeholders across the business to continuously enhance onboarding content, improve the learner experience and contribute to additional internal learning initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a learning professional who enjoys combining facilitation, relationship building and program development in a highly collaborative environment.
