Elevate healthcare with Petal as an Onboarding Specialist. This hybrid position focuses on delivering exceptional onboarding experiences to physicians using the Xacte medical billing platform.
In the role within the Support & Billing Services department, you will ensure new clients are seamlessly guided from needs assessment to go-live. By utilizing your organizational skills, you will validate essential information, configure profiles, and collaborate with internal teams for effective training setups. Your bilingual communication skills will help build lasting client relationships that foster trust and confidence in our solutions.

• Oversee new client onboarding process
