Position Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the new hire onboarding process from pre-employment through orientation. This role ensures a seamless onboarding experience by managing employee documentation, HR systems, compliance requirements, and communication between new hires, hiring managers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new employees.

+ Prepare and distribute offer packets, onboarding materials, and employment documents.

+ Process background checks, drug screenings, and employment verifications.

+ Ensure completion of I-9s, tax forms, and other compliance-related documentation.

+ Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

+ Set up employee records within HRIS and onboarding systems.
