About the Role
Due to our expanding business, there is an increased demand for a Compliance Onboarding Analyst to join the team. The role requires a high level of initiative, expertise in a FinTech environment, and close cooperation with corporate and individual clients. It demands high attention to client needs, self‑education, and self‑organisation. The analyst will be part of a global team and work closely with Operations, Trading, Sales, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and due diligence process for the company’s individual (consumer) clients, ensuring adherence to best practices in KYC, compliance, and risk management.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end individual (consumer) customer application process, including the collection, review, and verification of all required documentation.
