Job Overview

On the Job Maintenance Trainer – Reports to Supervisor, Maintenance.

Primary focus: conducting in‑field and on‑the‑job training for the maintenance department, delivering mechanical support and expertise across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active approach to ensuring the health and safety of all Seabee employees in accordance with all regulatory agencies and Seabee Gold Operation policies, procedures, and goals.
• Determine training objectives through coordination with maintenance management.
• Develop, review, maintain and update training SOPs and programmes that support business objectives and the strategic vision.
• Develop, review, maintain and update maintenance SOPs and preventative maintenance job plans that support business objectives.
• Assist with development, review, and maintenance of the annual training budget.
