Job Description
Become an On-Site User Support Technician, providing critical support directly to users facing challenges with technology. You will play a vital role in enhancing user experiences in a hands-on environment.
Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience and a college education are encouraged to apply. In this role, you will assist users in resolving technical issues, facilitate system installations, and maintain a detailed log of problems and resolutions.
