Job Description

Elevate customer service at White Cap as an On-Site Solutions Associate. This role requires strong communication skills and product knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As an On-Site Solutions Associate, you will manage service commitments and closely assess customer needs. With a foundational knowledge base of our products, you will coordinate new customer setups, maintain a clean and organized on-site service, and serve as the primary contact for resolving issues.
