Job Description
As a Reefer Technician / On-Site Representative is responsible for facilitating the pickup and delivery of cargoes. Coordinates with customers/representatives, Operations, CIC, Pier coordinators for the timely pickup and delivery of cargoes. This position is also responsible for maintaining the technical efficiency of all our equipment and implementation of on-site operational processes ensuring service quality to customers during pick-up and deliveries of cargoes. You will be responsible for maintaining standard operating conditions of equipment; provides technical and operational support as required by our internal and external customers; facilitates stuffing and stripping of cargoes, equipment inspections, repairs and maintenance. You will also handle the processing and collation of pertinent shipping documents which includes permits, billing attachments, and PODs.
