Job Description
Contract Services is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a full-time, on-site role in Belfast. You will prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities for projects across multiple trades, manage tender submissions and assist in negotiations, while monitoring costs and delivering on time and within budget.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and clients, producing clear cost reports and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
